Sri Lankan - Black Curry Powder (Kalu Kudu)


In a mixing bowl, add chicken, Eternal Seasoning Black Curry Powder, Roasted Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Tamarind Puree and Salt.

Step 2:

In a pan, add cooking oil and allow it to heat, once the oil is hot add chopped onions and sauté till its golden brown, then add Curry Leaves, Ginger, Garlic and Panda Leaves.

Step 3:

Add Marinated Chicken, mix it well and cook the chicken for 5 minutes, then add required water mix well and let it to cook for 15 Minutes.

Step 4:
Do a taste check, add the required salt if needed 

Step 5: 
your curry is now ready to be served.
